How We Do Business

APS works with prospective clients establishing a “letter of agreement” to outline a scope of service, terms of engagement and fees for services to be provided.


The agreement sets a monthly, fixed “retainer” to be invoiced the first of each month.  APS may be reimbursed for out-of-pocket expenses, but only when the costs are pre-approved by the client.


The agreement may be cancelled at any time, by either party, with a written 30-day notice of termination.
